- A wrong guess reveals a clue and sharpens the picture. Letters in the right spot glow yellow.

Which Cup
- Water pours from the tank at the top, through pipes and tanks, into four cups.
- Wider pipes flow faster. Bigger tanks, coils, clogs, kinks, and narrow funnels slow it down; cracks leak.
- Pick the cup that fills first — one pick a day.
- A correct pick scores up to 1000, and a quicker pick scores higher.
Word Lock
- Flick the 5 horizontal dials and 2 vertical dials to spell words of 4 or more letters, across or down. Longer words score more.
- Each vertical dial wraps over every row at its column, so turning one changes all 5 rows at once.
- Fill the meter to today's target to crack the lock. Turn a dial as much as you like, but switching to another dial uses one of your 10 moves.
- Lock in once it's open, or keep going for a higher score. There's no clock on your score.

What games are there?
Flicker Pic, where you guess the famous person, place, or thing hidden in an AI-generated painting; Which Cup, where you pick which of four cups fills first; and Word Lock, where you spin a padlock's dials to spell words and crack the lock. More games are on the way.
How many guesses do I get in Flicker Pic?
You get 5 hints in total. The first is shown for free. Each turn you can make a guess or tap Hint › to reveal the next clue without guessing. Wrong guesses also advance the hints automatically and bring the image into sharper focus. Any letters you placed in the right position glow yellow. A bonus letter is also revealed — but only if your guess didn't uncover a new correct position and the answer isn't nearly complete. You can make up to 5 wrong guesses — guess correctly at any point to win!
Is there a time limit?
No deadline in any game. Flicker Pic's timer is just for your score, in Which Cup a quicker pick scores higher, and Word Lock limits your moves, not your time — so take as long as you need.
I missed a day. Can I still play it?
Yes — open Past Puzzles and pick any day. Past puzzles don't change your stats, streaks, or Today's Score.
Do I need an account?
Nope — Flex Break is instant-play with no login required. Your stats and progress are saved locally in your browser.
How are Flicker Pic's images made?
Each image is created by OpenAI's image model based on a subject chosen by ChatGPT. The subjects are culturally recognisable concepts — famous landmarks, historical archetypes, iconic objects, and more.
Can I share my results?
Yes! Every game has a Share button with a spoiler-free result card, and once you've played them all you can share Today's Score.
